Pro (€499/month, or €399/month billed annually): up to 15 active positions, AI Interview Agent, Personality & Culture Tests, Email CV Import, Automated Follow-ups, and Hiring ROI Analytics. Elite (€1,299/month, or €1,039/month billed annually): unlimited positions, Cognitive Intelligence Tests, Certified Talent Pool, Bias & Fairness Monitoring, Compliance Review, Developer API, and Webhooks.
Yes. The Free plan is permanent — no trial period, no credit card required. You get 1 active position with full CV parsing, AI scoring, candidate tracking, and access to Mike, our AI livechat assistant. It's the best way to experience how AI transforms recruitment before committing to a paid plan.
Yes. Candidates have three tiers. Explorer (free): basic profile, limited Career Companion access, and the ability to apply to positions. Plus (€14/month): full Talent Passport with all certification levels, unlimited Career Companion access, complete psychometric profile, job match scores, and a visibility boost to recruiters. Passport (€39/month): everything in Plus, plus AI career coaching, LinkedIn verification badge, priority visibility in searches, and early access to new features.
Growth is designed for small teams starting with AI recruitment. It includes up to 10 active positions, 50 AI interviews per position (summary reports), 5 AI-generated shortlists per month, CV Bank and talent pool, assessments, scheduling, source attribution with tracked links, and email support. Psychometric assessments and bias monitoring are available from the Pro plan.
Pro adds psychometric profiling (Big Five, Culture Fit, Leadership Style), up to 25 active positions, unlimited AI interviews with full detailed reports, unlimited shortlists, follow-up workflows, and advanced analytics.
Elite provides unlimited positions and AI interviews, cognitive ability assessments (Raven progressive matrices, numerical, verbal, and abstract reasoning), Skill Proof certifications, the CV Bank for centralized talent pool management, full API access with webhooks, Certified Talent view (pre-vetted candidates), EU AI Act compliance tools (human review workflows), bias analytics, and a dedicated success manager.
Yes. Plan changes can be made at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted service.
No. All plans — including Elite — include free onboarding and setup. There are no hidden fees. You pay only the subscription for your chosen plan.
